The opposing parties determine the time, place and scope of the amicable discussions. The courts and public are excluded and absolute discretion is ensured through the lawyer’s professional secrecy. Within our office this method does not have any one-sided limitation to personal or corporate cases regarding business, family, a couple or mediation. The fee depends on the time spent and the complexity of the disputes and not on the amount in dispute as is the case with the courts.
